Definitely, my approach is about bringing HITL (Human in the Loop) and Human-Centered AI into companies. So they unterstand what their abilities mean to create an well guided Ai to serve us humans.
But let’s be real — Ai is no plug-and-play solution. It’s a Change Process, one that requires rethinking, redefining, and reshaping how we work together, especially in this increasingly interdisciplinary landscape of Ai.
The old ways? They’re becoming obsolete faster than we’re ready to admit. New thinking and working patterns aren’t just optional anymore — they’re essential. This post isn’t about “What’s MY approach?” but rather “What’s OURS?”
I’ll be honest — being a pioneer in naming and addressing these tough changes in my clients companies doesn’t come without challenges. I’ve already encountered resistance. Or better yet — fear. The kind of fear that says: “No, please, I’m not ready to go with the new.”
We humans? We’re comfort zone lovers, even when that comfort zone serves no one anymore. But here’s the thing: the world HAS already changed. Adjusting to it isn’t possible with old paradigms. Thats hard to accept for most of us.
And yet the political and societal interference into our lives hooking on our fears, makes it necessary to find new ways — Am I right? We’re pondering along the right path already, but we have to stay open to possibly upcoming deeper knowledge. You feel it too, don’t you?
Let’s not shy away from what’s ahead. Instead, let’s become a phalanx of the new era Hashtag#together. This isn’t just about AI. But yes, AI is THE accelerator this days. The real question is: Which path will we step onto as humans? The lonesome, fearing one, or creating a growing and positive new live and work space in a cooporative way.
